Acorn Magnet is a solution partner for custom sintered neodymium magnets. We build to your drawing or sample, in prototype or production volumes. That covers a full assembly as well as a plain magnet in a size we do not keep in stock.
Advanced equipment, experienced engineers and a close-knit team keep every high-strength magnet consistent and reliable. We treat your drawings and your data as confidential.
Orders run on clear terms. We hold ±0.02 mm on critical dimensions, and there is no fixed minimum order. Sample orders ship in 7–15 days, and production runs take 25–30 days once we confirm the drawing and the deposit. Every batch ships with a dimensional report and a flux report, after a pre-shipment spot check.
